Are you talking of Daizzy's blacklist?

If you are realize that depending on your industry role and perspective it might be accurate to place most programs on your blacklist. Another sponsor probably isn't going to give a shit about a program with prechecked x-sells on their revshare affiliate links but a struggling affiliate might be livid over it. Same deal with sponsors doing shady things in the past. Some might consider it to not be a problem others will find it to be a good reason to never promote them. For the most part I think that blacklist is mainly intended for use by affiliates. It's no surprise that as a traffic broker you don't think most belong on it.
