But 2257 requirements are between the content producer and the government. The female talent has no standing as to whether or not the 2257 requirements are valid. The female talent can't initiate a lawsuit on grounds that 2257 requirements were not satisfied. She has no standing on that issue. The most she could do would be to alert law enforcement. It would be up to law enforcement to decide whether or not to bring a suit.

The situation here is between the content producer and the female talent. The issue the female talent can initiate is the validity of the release documents.
