Stop being a jackass. 3' to 4' can easily be justified as "wall height" (ever heard of a retaining wall in landscaping?) and obviously depending on where anyone was standing and the way the water was funneled by the land mass, buildings, etc. it could easily have been quite a bit more.

No one needs to over-sensationalize anything as the videos taken by news and laypeople clearly show devastation beyond description.
