just a heads up, but your sessions are screwing up the site when a trailer is downloading... ie you can't browse the site until the movie has downloaded. This is because your are using a system passthru handler, I assume, to allow downloading of content outside the document root.
To prevent this, ie to allow surfers/members to continue surfind the site, add
session_write_close();
before your code that handles reading/outputting of the movie...
