Stupid North Korea is probably out with fish nets trying to catch some of the fallout so they can cultivate it into nuclear weapons. I can see Kim Jong Il outside with a butterfly net catching "radiation" and then professing to the people how the great leader caught nuclear weapons with a simple fish net. :facepalm
