Still photo work is taken care of with all Canon camera equipment. I like my ds mark 3 the best. you can also find that at b & h photo.
Another new option is Canon has a 5d Mark 2 camera which not only handles the stills with a quality almost as good as my mark 3 (for lots less) but shoots hd video as well.
