What is really laughable about that US ambassador's comments is that he seems to forget that 12 US states had decriminalized long before we ever did. Did anyone hear the Canadian gov't making such idiotic statements back then? I didn't.
But they may have occured..... there are some complete morons in our gov't too rest assured.
