I have two friends who lost their babies well into their terms. One was to be her second child, and there were no foreseen problems. She just hemorraged one day and lost the baby totally. She almost died herself, but she's ok now. My other friend had drug problems in the past, and the doctors didn't think she could get pregnant at all, so it wasn't a big surprise when her first attempt to have a baby wasn't successful, but it was still heartbreaking. I can't imagine what it would be like to lose a baby after carrying it for so long. I'm thinking positive healthy thoughts in your direction.
