So I just spent the last hour watching the video that goes with the golf and sofa sets of this girl Skye Daniels.

Over all very average. No where near quality porn ad clearly not shot or edited by an experienced team. The mistakes are clear and with the model being so fake not helping the over all product.

Here is my appraisal and some advice to Fabian and anyone else.

**********************************************

The shooter is shooting into the sun which is putting flare into his lens. The shooter is shooting into the sun which is putting flare into his lens. Always think of the sun when shooting outdoors, into the sun is going to give the shooter problems and lead to heavy shadows. With the sun behind the model it will give her problems.

He's working on auto focus or not focusing properly and often getting the girl out of focus. The palm tree behind her is in better focus that she is. Turn off auto focus.

He's working with an on camera mike which is picking up his hand sounds as he moves them on the camera, also allows a lot of background noise in the sound and blocks out the sound of the girl. Evan have the sound of planes landing nearby. Work with a mike on a boom on a over head stand or with a sound operator holding the boom.

His framing is sloppy. Nothing can be done about this. If shooters edit their own work they soon learn their mistakes. If it goes off unedited they can't.

The editor hasn't bothered to remove the clicks coming from her putting down the golf club or the shooter knocking the camera. Very off putting. Just sloppy editing and the bosses need to kick ass. It's off putting to the viewer trying to jerk off.

A lot of the time she was climaxing and all the viewer saw was her pussy, with her hand over it holding a golf ball inside her pussy. Better to have got her face in the shot and hand movement. Again something that can only be learned by editing and experience.

On her second climax she was throwing her head back which was putting her face out of the frame. Again something that can only be learned by editing and experience.

By having an on camera mike when he moved closer she got louder, when he moved away she got quieter. Use an off camera mike.

Often when she spoke he was shooting elsewhere. Was it her talking live or dubbed in afterwards? If the girl talks to the viewer, let him see her. Tell te girl to talk to the shooter. He HAS to build a rapport with her prior to shooting the video, this is why we have closed sets, so she's more natural. So long as she talks to him while looking at the lens it works very well.

INDOOR SCENE

Don't shoot live sound in a location near an airport unless you have a sound crew to eliminate the noise of planes. Can even here a prop plane in the back ground on the indoors scene. Again something that can only be learned by editing and experience. I made the mistake of shooting a lesbian scene outdoors once and there were builders next door. Learned never to do that again.

The on camera mike is now giving even worse sound, I can hear the shooter. Again something that can only be learned by editing and experience.

She just stood on the hard wooden floor with her stilettos and the noise made me jump. Bad editing post the shoot. Sloppy editing is a better phrase. Very unprofessional.

I'm sure I can hear people talking in the background. There seems to be an air conditioner working but behind that noise is talking.

There's way too much of her genitalia in this scene. Some pussy, ass, tit close ups are good. This scene has far too much. Again something that can only be learned by editing and experience.

I can now here a power saw in the back ground.

Now the girl is starting to look off camera, probably looking at the clock and thinking of how much longer to go. Was there someone to the left of the shooter giving her instructions?

Some of the framing is with the girl laying straight into the camera, so not filling the wide screen frame. Would of been better if she had laid long ways on the sofa. Again something that can only be learned by editing and experience.

Tell shooters to wipe the excess lube off the pussy and ass right after the girl applies it, or film her applying it. Again something that can only be learned by editing and experience.

Use vibrators with more sound. At first I thought it was more back ground noise, then realised it was the vibrator. To eliminate the problem film the girl turning on the vibrator. Again something that can only be learned by editing and experience.

Again she bangs on the floor in her high heels, does your editing suite have the sound editing feature? More sloppy editing.

Around 29 minutes there was a sound that could of been the girl farting. Probably her moving on the sofa, but annoying and took my concentration away.

30 minutes we have the sound of a door opening and closing. And people moving around in the back ground or is it the cameraman? Amateurish.

The climax with the Pifco Magic Wand is by far the high lite of the scene. And the shooter is concentrating on her pussy. WTF? Again something that can only be learned by editing and experience.

And the sound of her climax just hurt my ears. Should not of listened to this with my head phones on. But with it playing through the speakers the neighbors might be wondering what Eva and I are up to. LOL Over head mike would eliminate this and give a uniform sound.

The last part is dubbed, as she started talking the camera was shooting her boobs. Then moved up her body and before she finished talking it was clear she wasn't talking live. But I doubt if the members would spot that. But not quality work.

*************************************************

Over all I suspect it was shot with a less than experienced shooter whose working on a budget that doesn't allow him to have things like over head mikes. There's simply no excuse for the poor sound editing. Just plain sloppy.

Is it good? No.

Is it good for this part of the industry? Sadly yes.

Can I shoot better? I wouldn't of lasted 30 years shooting like this. But in 30 years you learn to shoot a lot better as the years went by. This is how we all start out. Making simple mistakes, seeing them when we edit and making sure we improve.

The big question is.

CAN ANYONE SHOOT BETTER FOR $700 A SET AND VIDEO OUTRIGHT ONE SALE?
