Rock stars all seem to have one thing in common and that is they work for cold hard cash, not the hope that they will one day get paid if things work out.
I just finished telling someone the other day ... if you want to play with the big boys you have to pay the big boy salaries which at the very least start at 6 figures.
Anything less then trust me you don't have a real rock star.
