If you want to get technical about it, I don't carry myself as a genius - but testing has proved I am just that. I don't flaunt it because I'm not really an expert at anything and therefore have no means to prove myself in an every day situation, those that know me well know the reality behind it. Doesn't make me any better than anyone else, and it doesn't mean I know more than anyone else - just means I have a high IQ.
BUT, if that IS your house, congrats. Most people work an entire lifetime and don't ever have the opportunity to even step foot in a house like that in a social capacity.
If you're just shooting out of it, congrats too - that's a nice find.
Either way I don't care, but your math was definitely off in the post I quoted.
