You're not following. You need accounts with actual CPA networks, they will be your middle man. That's where you get your offers. As though you'd be promoting them any other way. Then you lock them into your BHCB system. Essentially it just gives you the control over what offers you push. Instead of low-level email and pin submits, theoretically you could lock your content behind $40/lead weight loss trials. Now obviously you wouldn't get fuck all for signups there from people looking for free porn, but who knows.
Think of it this way. Say you had a movie site locking trailers behind a CPALead gateway. You could make $1-5 lead there and be happy with that, but what if you had your own gateway and could choose any offer you wanted from any network you wanted? I think Netflix free trials pay as much as $20 for leads on incentive-allowed offers from some networks. You got yourself a perfectly targeted free offer paying 4x as much as CPALead that way. Everybody is happy, and you're not breaking any rules. Everything is completely legit.
Just because it's Blackhat doesn't mean it's fraudulent, or you're risking your paycheck. You're just bending things slightly to increase your own profits. In your case you're bending the rules slightly more by pushing on adult traffic, but if you're sticking to incent offers, you should be alright. Depending on where you draw your own moral lines however, and how tricky you feel like getting, there is A LOT you can start doing with this sort of thing if you really want. How about forcing users to opt-in to your own mailing list instead of some low-paying email submit offer? Then bomb the ever living fuck out of their inbox yourself? That's all the advertiser is going to do once they've sucked that email in and gave you your $1 anyways.
