Hey Jim,
We do not and probably never will for two reasons:
1) Webmasters tend to make more money in the long-term when they go recurring. Those of us that still get checks months, if not years, after we've stopped promoting a program can attest to that. The math is pretty simple: on average a surfer is worth double or triple a normal per signup payout (assuming $30 - $40 per signup payout). Heck, I've seen members stay a year which makes the signup worth 10 times a flat-rate payout. You worked hard to get that signup, might as well get the money that surfer spends.
2) I know I'm going to get shit for this, but this next fact only became clear to me after owning a paysite. Basically, if I had to pay a flat $35 or whatever for each signup, I would be bankrupt in 3 seconds. I'm not implying that everybody's shady, but let's just say I wanted to keep things honest with my Webmasters. Every signup you get is your's.
