And since 1% is the limit for US merchant accounts and 2% is the limit for EU merchant accounts, anyone who depends heavily on chat traffic will lose their processing.
If you are seeing 3-6% chargebacks, then chances are you only stay with the same program or processor for a few months and then move on.
Things tend to really start stacking up around 6 months in.
