From what I've read, 150 is potentially very doable and, what's more, that person probably won't look much over 30. It's all about getting human cells to continue to reproduce themselves faster than they die deep into ripe old age. Supposedly though, true immortality is impossible due to certain organs, the brain being the main one, eventually wearing out even in an ideal bodily environment.
