Its getting harder and harder for them to operate as many of the programs have blacklisted them. There are groups that recruit them, teach them how to con, and pay them a % of the affiliate sales they bring in - chatsales.com adultchatsales.com I've found that if you block Philippine traffic you'll eliminate 75% of them.
