No intention of over working myself.
I'm on the slow road to full recovery. I'm frustrated at my progress and all the doctors and specialists are very pleased with it.
The next step is getting the tube removed.
Full fitness I hope will come soon, getting a puppy soon as we get back to England. So as he needs more exercise we will build up our walks together.
