Northern & Shell was a swerve ball, I knew you would say something stupid without doing the research so through it in. The porn mags were a small part, now do a search on Richard Desmond.
Swank I do know about and it was a big company with many high selling mags. Still in the game with paysites. Had an owner with a name that was the same as some New York Mafia crime bosses.
Very successful company with more than magazines. do some more research.

Do some more research, they were linked on some things and not on others. both had separate businesses. Do more research before you make a statement.

That would of been $30 million profit then. Take inflation, factor in online and you can see why 3 years profit would of been a good price.
