Few of the REO's had refrigerators, or ranges. Seems as if those are gone 9 times out of 10. Ours fortunately has them intact.

haha just busting your balls. i know exactly what you are talking about. the ones i saw in phoenix were actually not to to bad. but i guess it is hit or miss.
