You are an idiot. Most rentals have more damage then that from their tenants much less foreclosure houses. Here is a news flash, you getting the property for such a cheap price for a reason (hint: it needs work fixing it up).

You could pass over that one time with a putty knife, let it dry for 24 hours, sand and paint. Wow rocket science. You don't even have any holes to patch there.
