Do you think Paul Raymond Publications, LFP, Goldstar, Swank, Crescent, Score, David Sullivan's porn company, Northern & Shell, Private, Penthouse, Playboy, Vivid, Wicked, Evil Angel and more would of sold for that figure?
And please no flame about times gone by. They were doing fine until the Internet decided it was better to give it away for free. The Adult Internet will NEVER make up for the hole it created.
Now think back to what Lensman sold his porn empire for. Nice for him. But this was in the good old days and it sold in business terms for very little. Even in the porn world.
Overall the industry is shrinking, even on the Internet regarding paysites it's shrinking. Whether that shrinkage will be taken up by dating and cams is anyones guess.
