The law in germany is really stupid so the best option is to leave this country for internet adult business.
Btw. adult business - my websites are all non nude, no hardcore - but i became many requests to change thinks on my websites.
An other Problem is the link-problem. When you have links on your website it is not allowed to link to adult content ... and it is also not allowed to link to a website who linked to an adult website. Its very strange
