a corporation can own all types of assets, planes, homes, boats, autos..
do you know that most people that own large boats, even a small as 40-50ft often put those in a corporation and run the boat as a charter even if they do no advertising etc and write the whole business off as a loss every year...
i know you think you are so smart, but this thread shows how little you actually know and from the sound of it, you probably do your own taxes with quickbooks because if you had a decent accountant you would know a lot of this already..
also, dumbass, people dont go to jail when they get audited... they get fined that can usually be negotiated down and a lot of times it ends up being less then what the original tax burden would have been...
