Can I ask why you want an SSD drive? SSD is good for desktops but I don't like them for servers. They're not as good at doing sequential reads, and write performance isn't as good. Database performance isn't as good either.

Secured Servers can do your requirements with an SAS drive instead of SSD:

Quad Core Xeon X3430 Package (4 x 2.40 GHz, 8MB Cache)
8GB DDR3 memory
146 GB 15K SAS drive (faster than normal server class HDDs)
6600 GB transfer per month
5 IP's
unmanaged

$222/month.

I've hosted with Secured Servers for a while now and they're the best I've ever had. Definitely recommend them
