It's not about how hard it is to add the domain. It's how fast they answer the ticket and start working on the problem. When you buy their managed service they don't have cPanel or any control panel. I've seen post here saying how great other host are for fixing shit in 45 minutes etc, that's a joke compared to natnet support. There's a few host some people here on gfy claim are just as quick as natnet but they're not. Natnet only has one level of support too, you won't keep getting your ticket forwarded to higher level support which can take forever with some host.

I don't use natnet anymore but I did use them for about two years, I opened over 150 tickets and every ticket was answered in about 5 minutes or less. I looked through them once and didn't see one time they took much longer, maybe a few minutes sometimes.

With most web host you'll be waiting at least 20 or so minutes just to get a reply. When you do finally get a reply the problem better something simple. If the problem is serious the ticket will be forwarded to someone else which takes time. Then it might be forwarded again depending on how many levels of support they have. Then you better hope their top level support isn't busy and takes hours or even days to reply. Once their top level support guys work on your problem you better hope they fix it because their replies may take a long time.

There's other shit you have to worry about with web host too. If you're trying to get something installed will they even help? Natnet will, they'll even install scripts. Will the host charge you extra for installing what you need? Plenty of host do, Natnet does not. Will the host read your whole ticket and not just skim through it? Natnet will, every other host I've tried seems to skim through tickets sometimes. They're probably busy so they don't have time to read the whole ticket. That seems to be very common with web host.
