I used to be a "club kid" back in the late 90s...
It seems to be that most kids today think X is some kind of hodgepodge of drugs pressed into a pill when in reality it's either MDA, MDMA, or a combination of both.
Unfortunately, since it must be purchased through the black market, the quality of ecstasy today is shit... and usually mixed with heroin, special K, coke, meth, and whatever else they feel like cutting a pill with...
Way back in the day, before it was made illegal, it used to be prescribed with a glass of orange juice for marriage counseling sessions. As long as you aren't chronically using the drug, there really are no harmful side effects (granted the pills are pure MDA/MDMA).
The biggest thing that was killing people back in the day when this drug was more pronounced was people having heat strokes... People dancing and sweating their ass off in a hot ass club and not drinking enough water to compensate == heat stroke...
