The WMD deal was his 'justification for war', yet they've found none. So, to this point, it can be looked at as false justification.

There are several organizations that are already presenting the International Court with legal petitions stating war crimes have been committed by the USA. It is meaningless. The USA is not a signatory thus does not have to comply with the International Court even if indictments were made by the court... and even if the USA were a signatory the USA certainly would not comply with any indictments for war crimes...let alone allowing the President to appear before the court as a war criminal.
