Oh it does, state workers that should be at work? Politicians that SHOULD be at work. This is why we pay taxes, right? To fund the government?
But like any big gathering like this, calling in the guard would be prudent. Could get ugly, or at least uglier!!

I worked on high rises in LA, if we were to strike, we weren't allowed to even strike the building we worked on.
Yet the Iron workers did a wild cat strike against us, stopping work, something that wasn't even sanctioned by their local, it got pretty nasty, they were pulling people off the bench just to have numbers on our jobs!

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
