A few comments on Alex's situation.

- The price Alex paid for the content was very very low, after several back and forth emails about lowering pricing. Alex picked the titles himself.

- The first drive Alex received was shipped and delivered in a timely manner.
Alex contacted us and claimed that the drive was unreadable, we took him at his word and then we purchased and prepared a second drive for him... without having the first drive returned.

- We asked Alex to return the first drive to us, which he said he would do after the second arrived.

- The second drive was shipped and delivered several weeks ago and we still do not have the first drive returned.

- After receiving the second drive Alex asked about purchasing High Res images. We informed Alex we would provide him with the images he wanted FREE of charge for his inconvenience. This was a courtesy on our part because the drive not working upon arrival was certainly not through any fault of our own.

- All we asked of Alex was that after receipt of the 2nd drive to ship us back the 1st drive, as these drives are somewhat expensive, in excess of $140 each for a 2TB drive. He agreed.

- Alex is in possession of all the content he ordered and all the 2257 information. What he is missing is box covers (which are downloadable directly from our site for each title) and high res images, which we offered to provide him for free as a means of accommodating our customer. All we asked was that the drive which was reported to be unreadable to be returned.

So to be very clear, Alex has received the content he chose and paid for (which we shipped twice), all he is waiting on from us is the FREE photogalleries we agreed to provide him with and the returned license. But on our part, we have shipped two packages to Europe now via FedEx and we are out a very expensive 2TB Western Digital Hard Drive that was promised to be returned.

We have no problem uploading the free photosets we agreed to, as well as the license. But we have been waiting for Alex to fulfill his promise of returning the drive he stated was not functioning, and as of yet it has not arrived.

As I have stated in previous posts. When I took over AFSC in December I made it a priority to fix all of the problems. As many of you may remember the previous management had issues with one customer we known to GFY, Fin from HDV. I reached out to Fin and asked him to give us a second chance. Fin chose some content, and I shipped it to him free of charge, asking him not to pay until he received the content and was happy with it. He received it, and he's happy.

My goal is to make all my customers satisfied, I will put my content up against anyone's on this board. However, when it comes to issues such as this, I believe very strongly in keeping to your word. We shipped the second drive, free of charge, without receiving the first back. We agreed to provide free photosets. In return all we asked for was the return of the first drive.

Alex, if you would like to communicate directly with me, you can email me directly at anthony@adultfilmstarcontent *dot* com. I have never once received an email from you, but I can assure you if you email me directly, as long as you can assure me the drive will be returned to us, I can have your photosets uploaded and license uploaded.
