- Our e-mails and ICQ messages are being ignored.

After all we sent AdultFilmStarContent a money back request and got no answer to that either.

I'd like to point this fact to Kelly: we've been purchasing content from various studios for over 8 years, and many can confirm our reputation as honest and calm clients (I will ask them to do so in this thread):

We've never experienced the kind of problems we are having with you and never faced such an inadequate attitude towards the clients.

We are asking for money back and in case we don't get the refund our lawyer will file a suit against your company for material and moral damage compensation.
