I was at home when I got the mail, in the morning. I opened it, got the card and went to my office. I tested the card around 1PM (when I went out for lunch), came back to check why it wasn't working and just then noticed the fee.
When I got back home I noticed that the envelope wasn't there anymore. I have no idea if I threw it away or if the maid did it or if my gf did it.
I don't really think about what I do with the envelope once I open my mail, do you?
