These diesel subs are harder to detect because when they run under water, they run on batteries, hard to hear the noise of a battery, but they can be heard just the same, passive sonar is what should be used in detecting them, they have the tech, it's over 50 years old, they just are spending more time in defending other countries than our own!!
Passive sonar means they just listen, no harm to biologics

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
