The other thing I would look at is the way unconferences work, with participants themselves whiteboarding what they want to hear about when then arrive.

Hi Damian,
I like some of the ideas you mention in you blog. Unfortunately we only had about 4 months to pull the up-coming Summit (5 months minus Christmas), so we did not manage to re-structure the event as much as we would have liked to.
But after this show, we will have 8 complete months until the next Summit. This will allow us to reflect, and re-structure the Summit until the Prague event in a way to make it even more useful for its participants.
