Gitmo is a public black site, we had/have many others. And Karl Rove? Come on... ding ding ding, b.s. meter just blew the fuck up.
CIA agents took them, other Countries filed complaints, many times.
You can be damn sure the Canadians did not detain a Canadian within American borders and ship them to another Country to be tortured for 10 months, just to have the Canadian gov pressure the U.S. gov to release him... and yeah, he was tortured.
