if you agree some countries follow some rules and those countries are better then you agree following the rules makes you a more civilized country , and to commit uncivilized actions make you less of a country then you must agree we need to stop uncivilized things like killing unarmed civilians, murdering wounded enemies, killing medical workers etc etc
