2 issues the "right" to make a claim and the "information" to make a claim..
i think anyone has the "right" to say whatever they want, if they want to be taken seriously they should probably start with information.
The "claim" in this thread "usa you fucking coward ass" is more of a comment or an outburst than a claim, but i think his point was "american policy is cowardly" , not saying i agree or disagree but i think that is the "point" so no point in quibbling over word use or being offended if you are american. I am american and canadian and i think many of both countries policies are stupid/cowardly/ignorant among other things, doesn't mean i am not proud to be canadian, american, british etc
