Rochard, taking stuff like that up there is probably really appreciated by the teachers. they usually have to buy that shit on their own and may or may not get reimbursed for it.

Just a thank to you to the teacher - I was talking to another parent who has a couple other kids that have gone to this school and she kinda hinted that parents tend to buy gifts for the teacher in private schools.
This is my first child so i'm not too sure on whats "proper" ...but i think i'll have my wife make her a card ( she's crafty like that ) and i'll put in a gift card to target or something like suggested here
