To answer for those wondering, they are added to any tags already associated with the link.
Notice I said tags... plural... Because before you could only associate 1 campaign, now you can do several.
So pretend you run blogs, review sites, forums, free sites and they all have ads, posts...
Now you can have reports on:
blogs,myblog.com,ads
Or see how the blogs,forums,site compare against each other...
Because now you can associate more than 1 tag with a link.
So if you autocamp more tags it all gets saved into the system. So now if you are accustomed to using certain sponsors software and doing something on your end like:
$link = $link."&cmp=$site.$source.$dest";
You can do the same thing in NATS with autocamp.
