this is funny. check looks fake to me. the date/amount text and amount are way too dark and sharp compared to the rest of the print.

But let me guess, they send you so many checks, they pre-print their address, your address and the period and just add on the amount

oh and you'd better make sure you declare that to the IRS since you put your company info and address and amount made on a certain date
