There are some good labor lawyers in Ottawa. Try to find one you feel comfortable with and seek legal advice first. Don't sabotage anything - it can come back to bite you really hard. Do take all the stats on your performance with you. Ask for a letter of reference and imply that without one, there will not be any cooperation from you.

As for training the replacement - if you can overly complicate it, go for it. Make sure this replacement knows just how time-consuming the task is and what she will need to learn (SEO optimization, Photoshop, Digital photography, HTML, working with an incomplete content manager - does she know how to program, etc. etc. - hopefully the server is running some flavor of linux) and how it will likely impact negatively on her ability to make more income doing what she does best (i.e., selling and giving head to the manager).

While all this is being negotiated, ping the other car dealers in the area (making sure that you stay away from any that are related to yours - e.g. if yours is a part of the Myers group, stay away from the others in the group).

Good luck.
