this is the problem, not free tubes. oversaturation killed porn. ask CCBill. porn sales aren't down, they are spread out. now instead of bangbros having a 4% marketshare they have a 0.002% marketshare. ccbill is growing. everybody else is getting smaller.

that's all there is to it. takes more work to make the same amount of money. by the end of 2010 i was back to making the same per-month as i did in 2007 but i work 4x more hours and 7 days a week.

the prechecked cross sales bullshit that happened in 2007-2008 didn't help us, however sales for credible, trusted, legit sites are down too. i doubt there's too many surfers that believe Playboy is going to rip them off.

there is one reason they will pay - to support a producer, model or site they love. build a loyal fanbase and you will see sales again. sell generic shit and you are already done.
very clear example is a site i was recently hired to revive:
FantasyOne.com. they have a huge and loyal fanbase of guys who have spanked to their videos on pay-per-view for a decade. all my job has required is finding their fans and directing them to the site. conversion rates are well under 100:1 for everything but blind redirects.
find your fans or rethink your site plan.
