1.) No point in suing if you can't attach assets to collect a judgment.
2.) "US criminal lawsuit" ? there is no such thing in the US Judicial System ...a. Civil Lawsuit (Tort Law)
b. Criminal Indictment and Prosecution (Criminal Code) I vote for the baseball bat ... More effective ...
