I'm not a big Manwin fan but I have to give them credit for making this one right and having a decent payment reputation.

why aren't affiliate chargebacks or refunds acceptable on PPS?
is it because it's considered the programs 'fault' for not satisfying the customer?
seems to me that a sale is a sale. a chargeback or refund negates that sale. when i first got started i thought that PPS was of the mentality that 'we'll pay you $XX up front even on a $1 trial, because we'll possibly make more on the rebills'. so how do aff programs profit by taking all of the risk in PPS?

Yes but many PPS programs are now doing the hidden cross sale (not sure about Juggcash) thing. When a surfer sees $150 in charges they are usually going to charge back everything on the basis of it being fraudulent not just the cross sales. That's not fair to the affiliate since the customer likely would have never charged back if it weren't for the deceptive XS. If the affiliate is sending fraudulent signups then they should be canned from the program. Taking away CBs on PPS is bullshit. I don't care what anyone says.
