Actually it's quite amazing that somebody is still ready TOS - good job!!!

WeAreHairy.com is using NATS4 for tracking so same rules apply as to any other NATS-powered program. If surfers comes to the site from another computer, from the site of other affiliate or after deletion of cookies/etc WITHOUT using affiliate code sale might not be credited. Our cookies are set for 30 days so once surfer gets your cookie given that it won't be deleted/overridden/hasn't expired his sale will be credited to you. This is standard to all affiliate programs, adult and mainstream so I'm not sure why you brought this to our attention.

Nice site but no thanks!

Don't know if this are usual terms nowadays...
Account termination for chargebacks? Yes it's quite common, always was and always will be. Since we don't trick our members (that's why grows so fast) and the see what are they buying refunds and CBs are very uncommon and should not be a concern to a legitimate webmaster.

Hope this makes sense to you.
Have a nice weekend,
