Actually, look closely at the video, 3 things:
1) The street from the bottom has a traffic circle sign, AND a yield sign. Those two together make no sense, since in germany, a traffic circle means the traffic circle has the right of way, the yield gives the car coming from the right the right of way.
2) The top street and left and right ones do not seem to have any traffic circle sign, at least I can not make one out.
3) The top street has a pedestrian way and infront of that there is a "keep to the right" sign hinting towards the fact that this was left over from when this was a simple intersection
So no wonder they are all fucking up.
