Shooting fetishes is tricky at times if you are not into the fetish.

For example, I am not personally into BDSM, so I am somewhat self-conscious when I shoot BDSM themes.

First, I try to research the fetish prior to the shoot, and I try to hire models that are either into that lifestyle or are experienced in shooting it. Even then, I imagine that some of my pix may come across as disingenuine to true aficionados.
