I actually have that exact same razor. It's great and you can get blades from Amazon for about 50-60 cents per blade which is a great deal. The key is to use the weight of the razor when moving across your face instead of applying pressure against the face which strips away the top layer of skin and therefor creates razor burn.

I started using a pre-shave oil too as moving to a badger brush and shaving soap. I use products from here, http://www.theartofshaving.com/ I know it is expensive but I spend almost no money on myself other than this.
