"Botched Boob Job"?
That is not what killed her. What killed her was the anesthesia to "put her to sleep" during the surgery. Anytime you have anesthesia for ANY surgery, it has a chance to kill you.
While it's not common percentage-wise it does happen everyday.
I guess the only reason this is a story is because she was a pretty girl who basically was a hooker looking for attention (not really a "porn star", she was on the German version of "Big Brother" and then tried to do a stunt to set the world record for blowjobs in a single setting...but pornstar? Hardly.)
You won't see the other deaths that happen each year during surgery using anesthesia reported because it's not a hot young girl.
One study in the Netherlands came up with a 1.85% mortality rate under anesthesia. That's almost 2 out of every 100 people who are "put to sleep" during surgery who die from it.
The boob job wasn't "botched". The anesthesia was "botched". I'm sure that her family and friends are asking "Why" and wishing she hadn't chosen to have the surgery...but it also happens all the time during non-elective surgeries such as appendectomies, etc.
