100tb is surely designating 100 terabytes or transfer. As a rule of thumb based on average traffic patterns one can assume 225gb per 1 megabit in a translation to 95th, conservatively. Therefore, I would estimate the clients requirements at just above 400 megabit on 95th.

If its not some shitbag site with stolen content, we are happy to make a great offer for service and reward them for growing that volume the right way.
