It's too late to try to catch anyone now. Everyone came to the fight too late.

They should have jumped on it as soon as it started and they would have caught many of them red handed.
I honestly don't know if any large tube is doing this today or not, but they all started that way and based their business on flat out theft of everyone's content, including yours and mine. Now they have all the traffic, they don't have to break the rules anymore. It was a very well executed plan.
But to be fair, many pay sites stole content back in the day to get started then went legit later.
Dog Fart comes to mind. The difference is, they didn't destroy everyone's business along the way. What they did was small in comparison to what has taken place now. But... they did go legit and all of that is forgotten. Now the tubes have done the same thing and have reputable people like yourself vouching for them to legitimize their existence. And it works because people have short memories. In just a little while longer, no one will even remember them as being bad and will be paying them to load their videos.
It's a strange business.
And for what it's worth, if I had uploaders in various parts of the world who were paid to steal videos and upload to my tubes, how would you catch them? How could anyone ever catch them? You couldn't. It is impossible. If anyone does have their own uploaders these days, they are not all sitting in the same office with ties to a company. They are well spread out. It is impossible to catch them this way. And though no one can prove it, this is the only logical explanation for uploaders who are loading 1000s of videos within such a short amount of time. I've done the math on some of these uploaders and they have to be uploading 18 hours a day, every day, for months straight. And that doesn't even count stealing the videos. Who can do this every day, for months on end, if it's not their job? In some cases, they have been uploading for 2 years straight!
At some point common sense has to step in and shine the light on the obvious.
I know you disagree with this, and that's OK. No need to debate it more, just chiming in with a little common sense. Neither of us can prove anything going either direction, however, it doesn't hurt to look back to see where they came from to get a better idea of who you're dealing with.
